A settlement with a port and tourist centre in the northern part of the Sibenik Channel. The main economic activities are agriculture, fishing and tourism. There are a few picturesque beaches nearby. Vodice is particularly known for the culinary specialties that can be sampled in its numerous restaurants. The settlement was first mentioned in 1402. in the 16111 century it was surrounded by a wall and defence towers. Part of the wall and a tower have been preserved. The Baroque parish church was built in 1749. The port is exposed to the bora, which is particularly strong in the winter. The jugo can also be strong and can raise the sea level. Berths are available on both sides of the knee-shaped breakwater at a depth of up to 4 m. In the summer, the beginning of the pier is used by numerous tourist ships and is best avoided. There is a fuel dock in the marina.

ACI VODICE MARINA (022) 443-086 There are 320 berths for yachts at a depth of up to 5 m, 70 spaces for dry storage, a repair shop, a 10-ton lift, a 40-ton movable lift and a launch ramp. Entering the marina at night is complicated because there are shoals in front of it, and the breakwater has no light. The marina is open year round.
