A series of islets and reefs in front of the southwestern-most coast of Hvar, from which they are separated by the Pakleni Channel. The largest island is Sveti Klement. The only permanent settlement is Vlaka. The islets are popular destination for sailors and day-trippers from the nearly Hvar. There are pebbly and sandy beaches in numerous picturesque coves. The hamlet of Palmizana on Sveti Klement is served by water taxis. There is a naturist beach on the islet of Jerolim opposite the town of Hvar.
