In addition to the charter price, the following are obligatory: APA Deposit LSixty7 (APA-transitional item in accordance with the provisions of Article 33, Paragraph 3 of the VAT Act) (12000 €), Captain/hostess/chef service (0 €), Comfort Pack Crewed (final cleaning, Wi-Fi flat, bed sheets & towels, beach towels) (900 €). Fuel is paid according to consumption when the boat is returned.

Bareboat charters in Croatia require a valid skipper's licence and a VHF radio certificate. If you don't hold a licence, you can add a professional skipper to your booking.

In general, all charters start on Saturday afternoon at 5 PM, and end on the next Saturday at 8AM or 9AM latest.

Amounts already paid are subject to each boat’s T&C and the cancellation policy within, depending on the time when you cancel. In general, if you cancel less than 60 days before the trip, no refund is possible. Your payment is forwarded to the charter company operating Lagoon Sixty 7 'MASTERMIND' almost immediately after booking, so any refund depends on their decision, not ours. We will always try to secure one on your behalf, but it cannot be guaranteed. To protect yourself against unforeseen changes, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
