Compulsory Service Pack is a per Charter charge, which includes : 1. Initial Bed Linen for every cabin (Sanitary mattress cover, underside sheet, two pillows with sanitary covers and pillowcases, 2 single sheets for cover) – No towels, No blankets 2. Initial kitchen materials (wash-up liquid, sponge, fast-wiping absorbing cloth, plastic garbage bags, kitchen paper roll, kitchen towel, oven gloves, lighter or matches, cutting board, heat resistant surfaces). 3. Initial toilet materials (Handwash liquid, shampoo, 2 toilet rolls, plastic trash bags) for each WC space. 4. Two (2) gas bottles (one “as is” and one full). One basket with clothes pegs. 5. Use of six (6) pairs of flippers (different sizes) and two (2) masks with snorkels. 6. Use of Dinghy with 2 oars and air-pump. 7. End Cleaning fee for all yacht exterior and interior spaces (cabins, salon and heads), for kitchen appliances, cutlery and crockery and for Bed Linen. 8. Mooring fees at Alimos for the first and the final charter days. 9. Electricity and Water consumption at Alimos during the first and the final charter days. Note 1: Please check our list of EXTRAS for further services at pre-specified fees: 285 €
Tech Support Pack
Compulsory Tech Support Pack 4 is a charge for the first week (subsequent weeks charged at 50% each), which includes : 1. Refundable Security Deposit Reduction to only 30% of the original Security Deposit amount, at € 840 for the specific yacht. 2. A Discount Voucher for a future trip, for the amount of 40% of the Compulsory Tech Support Pack fees will be issued, if the yacht returns with no damage and no loss of equipment. 3. Subscription to Jason’s Eye, SeaStar’s real time data collection, transmission, monitoring and analysis system (connected to each yacht), with automatic alarms 24/7 and tailored suggestions during work hours, at the client’s mobile telephone. 4. No charge for any damage or loss, if any damage and/or loss costs upon return, are less than € 100 in total. If more, normal charges from 1st Euro apply. 5. 8/5 Technical support through email or text messages (SMS, What’s UP, Viber) by the use of text, photos and videos, from Monday-Friday (09.00’ to 17.00’) for a total of 3 hours involvement, per week. Further hours can be charged, at Alimos support rates. 6. Sailor’s Guide book (on how to avoid or manage, Damage, Accident, Failure and Trouble). Delivered both in digital (prior to departure) and in print format (before Check-in). 7. Check list with 92 functional checks of the yacht’s equipment at Check-in. 8. Check-in Assistant’s fee for the 2-4 hours duration of the Check-in procedure. 9. Updated copies of the Service Certificates of the yacht (available in a binder at the chart table). Check-in/Check-out
Standard times Check-in at 5 PM afternoon / Check-out at 9 AM morning. Most of the boats offer Early check-in between 1-2 PM for an additional fee. More on that.
Sailing license
Bareboat charters in [COUNTRY] require a valid skipper’s license. No license? Just add a professional skipper to your booking.
Fuel
Fuel isn’t included - please return the boat with the same level or pay for the difference at check-out.
Port fees
Port fees are not included in the charter price and you pay them as you go, each port charges a fee if you dock, or you use a buoy, you pay them there where you use them according to that port's price list
Security deposit
A 2800 € refundable security deposit is due at check-in and returned after the charter, less any damages or missing items.
Cancellation policy
Each boat has its own exact cancellation policy within that boat's exact T&Cs which we provide at the time of booking confirmation. In general, amounts already paid are non-refundable (especially less than 60 days before departure time). Where possible and accepted by the charter management company, we’ll try to rebook and may refund part or all at our discretion, but refunds aren’t guaranteed - please consider travel cancellation insurance.
