In addition to the charter price, the following are obligatory: Charter pack (0 $), Credit card surcharge (3.5 % of charter price), Damage waiver (60 $), BVI Cruising Tax (4 $), Starter pack (55 $), Visar (5 $), Final cleaning (355 $), National parks permit (160 $). Fuel is paid according to consumption when the boat is returned.

Chartering a bareboat in the British Virgin Islands does not require a formal skipper's licence; however, everything is easier if you do have a valid sailing licence. Instead, the charter base might ask for proof of recent sailing experience on a similarly sized vessel - this is usually done through a short sailing resume submitted before departure. If your experience doesn't meet their requirements, the base may recommend or require a professional skipper for some or all of your trip.

In general, all charters start on Saturday afternoon at 5 PM, and end on the next Saturday at 8AM or 9AM latest.

Amounts already paid are subject to each boat’s T&C and the cancellation policy within, depending on the time when you cancel. In general, if you cancel less than 60 days before the trip, no refund is possible. Your payment is forwarded to the charter company operating Bali 4.6 - 5 + 1 cab. 'Cool Breeze' almost immediately after booking, so any refund depends on their decision, not ours. We will always try to secure one on your behalf, but it cannot be guaranteed. To protect yourself against unforeseen changes, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

A refundable security deposit of 1000 is due at check-in. It is returned after the charter, less any damage or missing equipment.
